Zucchini Casserole
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
zucchini, sliced
1 small onion
4 Tbsp butter (as much as desired for your taste)
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box stove top stuffing mix (made according to directions on box)
1 box of herb seasoned croutons
Fry zucchini with one small onion in as much butter as desired for
your taste Mix all together and place in large casserole dish.
Top with one box of herb seasoned croutons and bake for 1 hour at
350.
