Zucchini Stew
2 lbs hamburger, browned and drained
1 bunch celery with leaves
3 or 4 Spanish onions
2 green and 2 red green peppers
several zucchini
1/2 peck skinned and crushed tomatoes
large handful basil
good tablespoon oregano
small bunch parsley
4 bulbs garlic
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Put all in a large pot and simmer on low about 2 hours. Sprinkle
grated cheese on top of each serving, if desired.
