TUNA AND NOODLE CASSEROLE WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE
1 tbs. chopped onion
1 tsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
7 oz. can tuna
2 cups cooked noodles (or shells)
3/4 cup crushed potato chips
Cook onion in butter until soft. Stir soup, milk and onion together.
Break tuna into chunks and mix lightly with soup mixture and noodles.
Place in buttered 1.5 qt. casserole and top with potato chips. Bake
at 350 deg. F. for 20 to 30 minutes.
