Tuna Noodle Casserole

6 ounces (3 1/2 cups) medium noodles
6 1/2, 7 or 9 1/4 ounce can tuna
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sliced celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup chopped pimiento
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded sharp processed cheese
1/2 cup slivered blanched almonds, toasted (optional

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender, drain. Combine
noodles, drained tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables and salt. Blend soup
and milk: heat through. Add cheese and heat till it melts. Add to
noodle mixture. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with almonds.
Bake in 425 F oven about 25 min. Makes 6 servings.
