1 tin tuna in brine
1 oz flour (any)
half pint milk
1 oz mushrooms
1 oz margarine
2 oz fresh bread crumbs
2 oz cheese
Put flour and margarine into a large pan, add milk and mushrooms,
warm through. Take off heat and add tuna, put into a oven proof
dish, top with bread crumbs and cheese, place tomato on the top.
Bake in oven at 200C for 20 to 30 minutes.
