Tater Tot Casserole

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion diced
1 can French style green beans
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package frozen Tater Tots

Brown the ground beef and onion together in a skillet, drain and
put in the bottom of large rectangular casserole dish. Drain the
liquid from the green beans and place on top of ground beef.
Combine soups and pour on top of the green beans. Place the Tater
tots on top and bake for 30-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. I
serve this with a big green salad and a loaf of French bread.

I've been making this for years, and EVERYONE loves it. I use two cans Cream of Celery (not a big mushroom fan), instead of green beans I add one small bag frozen mixed vegetables and top it all with shredded Cheddar cheese before adding the Tater Tots.
