ROUND STEAK CASSEROLE

1 round steak, cubed
1 large diced onion
3 or 4 diced celery stalks
1 can sliced mushrooms drained
1 pkg. wide noodles
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 can water
1 can tomato soup
1 can sliced ripe olives
1 can Mexican corn (or can of corn and 2 tbsp chopped pimiemento)
grated cheese to cover top (Cheddar or Parmesan)

Brown meat in small amount of oil to cover pan. Saute, celery and
onions with meat. Cook noodles. Add olives, corn, mushrooms to
meat. Then combine meat mixture to noodles in a 3 quart casserole
dish. Top with cheese. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree over. Then
add tomato soup and 1/2 can water to top and bake 15 minutes longer.
