BAKED CHILES RELLENOS ALASAGNE

10 whole Anaheim peppers (peeled & deseeded)
1/2 lb Monterey Jack (1/4" x ? strips)
1/2 lb Cheddar, grated
3 eggs
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
salt
pepper
dash habanero sauce

Fill peppers with Monterey Jack and lay side-by-side in a 9" x 13"
baking dish. Sprinkle w/ cheddar. Beat together eggs, flour and
milk and pour over chiles. Add seasonings. Bake uncovered for 45
minutes.
