Ramen Noodle Suprise
2 pkgs. ramen noodles (any brand) cooked and drained
1 lb ground beef browned
seasoning packet from ramen noodles
1 C grated cheese
Brown ground beef. Boil ramon noodles as directed on pkg. Remembering
to double water amount. Do not cook longer than directed. Drain
noodles and set aside. Drain ground beef and add seasoning packet
to meat. Stir well. In rectangler pan (can spray with vegetable
spray) place drained ramon noodles. Next spread ground beef on
top. Final layer is grated cheese. Place in oven (400) and heat
until cheese is melted.
