Party Potatoes
5 lb. bag potatoes, peeled, boiled and drained
8 oz. carton of sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 pkg. cut up scallions, tops included
Salt
pepper
garlic powder
small carton (4 oz) whipping cream, whipped
grated cheddar cheese
crispy fried bacon crumbled
Add sour cream, melted butter, scallions, tops included. Sprinkle
with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Mash all together
until smooth, place in large casserole dish, top with whipped
whipping cream, grated cheddar cheese and crispy fried bacon crumbled
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
