Potato Delight
2-pound pkg frozen hashbrown potatoes or 5 cups diced potatoes, boiled, cooled
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup grated onion
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups corn flakes
1/4 melted butter
Mix all ingredients together except cheese in a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle
cheese on top. Put over the cheese corn flakes and melted butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour. Serve with grilled
smoked ham slices, fruit, and bread or muffins.
