Mashed Potato Casserole
6 large potatoes
4 oz. cream cheese
2/3 cup sour cream
2 green onions
pinch salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp. butter
Boil and mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place in shallow, buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F
for 30 minutes.
