Print this Recipe    Hot Chicken Salad

2 cups, cooked diced Chicken
2 cups chopped Celery
5 hard boiled Eggs- sliced
1/2 cup chopped Almonds
3 tbsp. chopped Onion
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 cup Mayonnaise

TOPPING
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup crushed Potato Chips - crushed
or
1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients together and place in a 2 quart baking dish.
Pour soup over chicken mixture and top with potato chips or bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This dish can be served cold by omitting the topping.
