Enchilada Casserole
Serving Size : 6

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
9 ounces enchilada sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion
12 soft corn tortillas

Brown meat and garlic. Stir in soups and enchilada sauce. Simmer.
Combine cheese and onion. Quarter tortillas. Line a greased 13x9"
baking dish with half of the tortillas. Top with half beef mixture,
then half cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min.
