Corned Beef Hash
8 Servings
4 cups diced and cooked potatoes
1 can corned beef
1 cup diced onions
1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Take all the ingredients and mix-up with hands. Put small amounts
in the food processor and mix with short bursts. You can also use
your hands and squeeze the mixture until it is mixed or use a potato
masher. This freezes beautifully. Just put in serving size containers
of form into patties.
