Baked Corn
1 can creamed corn
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp melted butter
10 crackers, crushed
1 Tbsp flour
Mix all and bake in moderate over (350 degrees) until top is brown
or until knife inserted comes out clean. (Usually about 45 - 50
minutes). Note: Spray your container with Pam first and it will
clean up wonderfully!
