Cordon Bleu Casserole

6 slices whole wheat bread
6 chicken breast halves, cooked and sliced
8 oz cream cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 pound sliced fully cooked ham
1 1/2 cups (6 oz) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
2 packages (10 oz ea) frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
2 10 3/4 oz cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Place bread in the bottom of a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Layer chicken, cream cheese slices and ham over bread. Sprinkle
with 1 cup Swiss cheese. Top with broccoli. Combine soup and pepper;
spoon over broccoli. Sprinkle with remaining Swiss cheese. Bake,
uncovered, at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until bubbly. Yield 8-10
servings.
