Country Chicken Supper Casserole
4 ounces spaghetti, uncooked
1 pound mild cream cheese, cubed or grated
1 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 cups peas and carrots, cooked
Cook spaghetti. Drain and set aside. Heat cheese, milk, and
mayonnaise together over low heat, stirring until sauce is smooth.
Add chicken, vegetables, and spaghetti to sauce, mixing well. Pour
into 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
