Chicken Pole-Pole
1 grilled chicken
3 cloves garlic, mashed
4 dl creme fraiche
3 Tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp French herbs
1 tsp French salad herbs
1-2 dl cheese
Peel the chicken in small meat pieces and put them in a greased
pot (ovenproof). Mix all above except the cheese and put it in the
pot. Cover with cheese and put the pot in oven for 40 - 60 min at
200 0C. Take it out as soon as it get colored. Serve it with rice
and some salad and sliced tomatoes.
