Chicken & Dumplings Casserole 22

Easy Chicken and Dumplings
6 to 10 thicken drumsticks or thighs 2 cups all purpose flour 1 beaten 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon salt
In a large stock pot. boil seasoned chicken for about one and a half hours. In a medium bowl, combine flour, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well with hands until dough is pliable and dough rubs off hands with ease. Place on wooden cutting board or on dry surface and roll with rolling pin until very thin. Cut into thin strips and place, small amounts at a time, into chicken and stock. Do not over stir, but let cook on medium for about five minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately. You may add more seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion or celery if desired. Serves 6-8.
