Brocolli Casserole
1 jar cheese whiz
1/2 c chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken or cream of chicken-mushroom soup
2 cups white rice, cooked
1 small package frozen brocolli
2 tbsps. butter
Saute onion in butter until edges begin to brown. Prepare brocolli
according to package directions. Mix onion, soup, cheez whiz, rice,
and brocolli in casserole dish. Bake at in 375 degree oven until
top is golden brown and bubbly.
