Applesaucy Meatloaf
Ingredients
--------------
A. 1-2 pounds ground beef
B. 1 sleeve saltine crackers crushed well
C. 1 pack dry onion soup mix
D. 1 cup natural sweet applesauce
E. Pepper to taste
F. 1 cup of your favorite spaghetti sauce
Directions
-------------
1) Combine A,B,C,D,E in large bowl. Add one tablespoon of water if too dry.
2) Place in bread pan or other deep oven-ware dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
3) Top with F and bake 15 minutes longer or until pink is gone.
Great with baked potatoes....place them in the oven at the same time.
