HEARTY BEAN CASSEROLE
1 pound ground beef
4 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup chopped onion
1-16 oz. can baked beans
1-15.5 can light red kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet, brown ground beef,
bacon and onion; drain. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350
degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
