Refried Bean Bake
16 oz can refried beans 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped 4 eggs 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 12 oz. jar salsa
Mix beans, onion, bell pepper, eggs, 3/4 cup of the cheese, chili powder, and garlic powder. Pour into ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven until hot and firm, about 30 minutes. Heat salsa, stirring occasionally, until hot; serve with beans.
